JOHN THE ROMANCER
For our 13th anniversary....my man bought me a long stemmed artichoke.

I tell you he gets more romantic every year.

The year before it was a cd entitled "panpipes for lovers"....and now this.

What a lucky girl!

Geez John, you could have at least given her "lovey loves" and "kissey smoochies" along with the artichoke. Try that next year. Mandi

I am in awe of the level of 'romantitude' you two have reached. And Sunni, as you have noted, that's not just an artichoke - it's a long stemmed artichoke! Wowzers. Makes my heart go pitter patter.

I love artichokes. Braden doesn't think that they are worth eating because you have to go through so much work to eat them. I love 'em with garlic inbetween the leaves, and dipped in Cheese Cake Factory salad dressing. Delicious.

Hey, after 13 years he's still giving you a present...that's gotta count for something.
