One of those questions

Well I was cutting some stuff for dinner and Josh was at the kitchen table.

Then he asked one of those questions.

Josh: "Mom did a lot of people want me?"
Me: "What do you mean Josh?"
Josh: "Did a lot of people want to adopt me?"
Me: "Absolutely, Rachelle (his birthmom) had so many people to pick from but had a really good feeling about you coming to our family when she prayed....and I am so happy that you came to our family" (At this point I can't keep the smile off my face and the little tear out of my eye)

Me: "So Josh, are you glad you came to our family, do you like it here?"
Josh: "Yeah, it's pretty great here"

Me: "good"
Josh: "So were you guys the last in line?"

Still not sure what the last question meant but it was so cute.

Josh is hilarious!!! He definitely has the Heywood sense of humor! :) We're glad you guys got picked too, even if you were last in line. ;)

I was just thinking, I'm glad the Hidalgo incident involved a DVD and not a videotape.

That would've hurt.

That's a great story. It makes you wonder what kids are thinking about. Those are some in depth thoughts.

I love it! What a cutie!

There's nothing like those questions...the ones that bring a happy tear to your eye.

Josh is funny & I love his soccer pictures too.
Too bad you didn't get the chance to crush the "SKUNKS" this year! We were totally awesome, I mean horrible, I mean we stunk...cause we are the SKUNKS.
